Welcome to Urology Partners

As the impact of COVID-19 continues to evolve and change, we will provide up to date information for our patients here. Following advice from the Department of Health and Public Health England, our practice for consultations and procedures is as follows:

As of 05/01/2021

Following the Government lockdown announcement on 4th January, we are being asked to convert all face to face consultations to telephone appointments unless critical. Our secretaries will be in touch to re arrange this with you. All hospitals have slightly different procedures and protocols in place so our secretaries will advise you on this.

With regards to diagnostics and elective surgery, this is being completed on a case by case basis with patients being allocated a category for priority and we work with the NHS to complete those procedures which are critical. Our secretaries will be able to advise you on your priority category and the likelihood of a procedure being able to go ahead.

Our secretaries continue to work remotely to reduce risk and footfall into the hospitals, but are all contactable by email or phone and will do their best to answer your questions and deal with your appointments and queries as quickly as they can.  Whilst the hospitals we work in are now able to offer more procedure availability for private patients, please refrain from calling the secretaries frequently to request procedure dates. They are working through their waiting lists and will be in contact with you if they are able to offer you a procedure date. Please be aware that at some hospitals, any patient offered a procedure will be required to have between two weeks and 72 hours self isolation (depending on their health and procedure) prior to coming into the hospital and will be tested for Covid prior to their procedure.

We will continue to do all we can to keep our patients and staff safe at this time.
